Burgers Bun Bread

Ingredient :
8 Hamburger buns,
1/4 c Onion, chopped,
1 lb Lean ground beef
1/4 ts Pepper
1 ts Salt
a small catchup or mustard
Note : Hamburger buns should be the small ones or use 6 slices of bread.
How To …
Heat oven to 500 degrees F. Spread cut sides of buns or hamburgers one side of each slice of bread with mustard. Mix meat, onion, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over mustard, being careful to bring to the edges of the buns. Place the meat sides un-greased baking sheet. Bake until the desired cooking is reached, about 5 minutes. This bread recipes could serve four people.
Note: If you like, you can have these burgers ready to intervene in the freezer for the last minute of cooking. After the distribution of the meat mixture over the bread, wrap each securely in heavy or double thickness of aluminum foil and regular label, freeze up to 2 months. To serve, unwrap desired number of hamburgers and cook about 10 minutes.
