Cheddar Cheese Dumpling

Ingredient :
16 oz Cheddar, Md, Shredded
1 c Unbleached Flour
2 Eggs, Lg
1/2 pt Sour Cream
1/2 c Butter
1 ts Salt
3 qt Boiling Water
For Garnishes :
Paprika Parsley
How To …
Mash the cheddar cheese and add the egg mixture. Combine flour and salt. Drop by TBLS quickly in boiling water, then cover and boil for 15 minutes. Drain and serve with melted butter and sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or paprika, if desired. This bread recipes is sufficient to four people.
