Coleslaw Ham & Cheese

Ingredient :
4 Slices cooked ham
2 tb Margarine or butter
4 Slices cheese
4 Slices rye bread, toasted
1/2 ts Prepared mustard
1 Large tomato, sliced
1 c Coleslaw
How To …
Microwave margarine uncovered in the upper custard cup (100%) until softened, 15 to 30 seconds. Blend in mustard. Spread margarine on one side of each slice of toast. Place the slices on a buttered side dish service, top with ham and cheese slices of tomato. Microwave uncovered until cheese begins to melt, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Garnish each sandwich with a scoop of coleslaw. This bread recipes could serve four people.
