Cranberry Orangish Nut Bread

Ingredient :
2 c Cranberries, chopped
1 c Nuts, chopped
1 1/2 c Orange juice
4 c Flour
2 ts Grated orange peel
3 ts Baking powder
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 Egg
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1 ts Baking soda
How To …
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease bottom of loaf pan with 9×5 inches. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Mixer or pastry with a fork, combine the butter until the mixture is blended. Stir in orange zest, orange juice and egg until flour is moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 55-65 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. With a spatula, loosen the edges of the bread; withdraw from the pan on a wire rack to cool completely. Slice to serve. This bread recipes could serve for two dishes.
