Dutch Cinnamon Buns

Ingredient :
3 c Flour
1 c Milk, scalded
2 tb Currants
1/2 c Raisins, chopped
2 tb Citron, finely chopped
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c Water, warm
3 tb Butter
Brown sugar
How To …
Dissolve yeast in warm water and add milk, which has been allowed to become lukewarm. Add sugar (about 3 tablespoons), salt and flour and knead thoroughly until it becomes a soft paste. Place the dough in a buttered bowl and butter in top of dough. Cover the bowl and put it in a warm place. Allow them to exist until the dough becomes three times its original size. Roll until it is a quarter-inch thick, brush with butter and spread of raisins, currants, lemon, sugar and cinnamon. Roll like a jelly roll and cut into slices 3 / 4 inch thick. Place the slices in butter pans, extends well with brown sugar and bake at 400F for 20 minutes. This bread recipes could make for one dish.
