Fortunate Cheddar Corn Bread

Ingredient :
1 c Corn Meal, White If Poss.
10 oz Cheddar, Sharp, Shredded
1 c Unbleached Flour
1/4 c Butter, Melted 1 Egg, Lg, Beaten
1 tb Baking Powder
1 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Salt
How To …
Combine dry ingredients and then stir in the cheddar cheese. Combine milk, butter and egg and add to the dry ingredients, mixing until just moistened. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan and bake at 425 degrees F for 35 minutes. Serve hot. This bread recipes could be used for six people.
