Heavy Oat Roll Bread

Overview :
This bread recipe is combination of rolled oats, white flour, wheat flour and cornmeal. All this “full carbohydrate” ingredient make this rolls very dense, which is good for main dish. An additional honey bring a smooth natural sweat and make it more tasty. Perfect as main dish or as a company of other cuisine.
Ingredient :
4 1/2 c Wheat flour
5 1/2 c White flour
1/2 c Cornmeal
4 c Rolled oats
3 1/2 c Water
1/2 c Margarine
2 tb Salt
1/2 c Honey
4 Eggs
1/2 c Wheat germ
4 pk Yeast
How To …
Mixture honey, margarine and water together, heat them to 120 F. Combine oats, white flour, salt, yeast and eggs, then beat the mixture in mixer for about 3 minutes. Put in the other remain ingredients together in to mixture batter, beat it at higher speed for about 4 minutes until the batter is stiff. Knead the batter on the floured board until it smooth and not sticky. Place the batter in a greased bowl, coverer the bowl and let it rise until doubled, it could take up to 45 minutes. Next is punch the batter down and slice into even pieces, then roll it out like jelly roll, make it evenly to 3/8″ thickness, pinch down ends and fold it ends under. Grease the pan and put the roll into it, cover the pan and leave it rise for about and hour until it reach double-size. Then bake it at 375 F oven for around 40 minutes, let it cool before serve. It could make 4 big loaves.
