Low Calorie Tomato Brushetta

Ingredient :
8 Slices fr or Italian bread
2 Garlic cloves, halved
1 Tomato, diced
1 ts Olive oil
1 pn Oregano,dried
2 tb Onion, minced
1 pn Ground pepper
2 ts Parmesan cheese, optional
How To …
Toast bread. Rub one side of hot toast with garlic cut side. Heat oil in nonstick skillet medium-high heat, add onion and cook, stirring until tender. Add tomatoes, oregano and pepper, mix. Spoon tomato mixture on the side of garlic toast warm and serve immediately. Alternatively, sprinkle with Parmesan and broil for 1 minute. Per serving (2 slices): 105 cal, 2 g fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 190 mg salt. This bread recipes could serve four people.
