Mexican Texas Mix Cornbread

Ingredient :
1 c Corn meal, yellow
4 Jalapeño Peppers sm chopped
2 Egg 1 tb Baking Powder
1 c Sour cream
1 c Cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 c Salad oil
2 Green Onion Tops chopped fin
1 1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Cream style corn
How To …
Combine all ingredients except cheese, add half the cheese, pour into a well-greased 8 / 12 and the rest of the cheese plate, cook for about 20-25 minutes at 425 F. You can use 1 cup of cream style corn if you want. This bread recipes could serve eight people.
