Monkey Nut Potter Biscuits

Ingredient :
3 Bacon slices, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
2 c Biscuit mix
2/3 c Milk
1/4 c Peanut butter
How To …
Preheat oven to 400′F. Place the milk and peanut butter in a deep bowl or container mixer and beat at high speed until smooth and well blended. Combine biscuit mix and bacon, stirring slightly. Add milk and peanut butter mixture all at once and stir with a fork until the dough clings together. Turn onto a lightly floured board and gently knead a few times, then pat to about 3/4″ thick. Cut into 2″ tours. Bake on a re-greased cookie sheet for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. This bread recipes could be used for nine people.
