Onion Bread

Ingredient :
1 1/2 oz Package onion soup mix
1 c Sourdough Starter
1 pk Dry yeast
2 tb Sugar
3/4 c Hot water
2 tb Warm water Egg
How To …
Add soup mix 3/4 cup of hot water, let stand until lukewarm. In another container, soften yeast and sugar with 2 tablespoons of hot water.Beat mixture and yeast mixture with the egg, 1 cup baking Dry Mix and Sourdough Starter. Stir in remaining Dry Mix baking to make a stiff dough. Place on a floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and leave to rise for 2 hours. Shape into a round bread. Place on a greased pan, cover and let rise 45 minutes. Bake at 375 Deg. Four for 35 minutes. This bread recipes could serve for one dish.
