Pine Shape Cornmeal Bread

Ingredient :

2 1/2 c Yellow Corn Meal

1 ts Soda

1 tb Baking Powder

1 ts Salt

1 Egg

2 tb Granulated Sugar

2 c Buttermilk

2 tb All-Purpose Flour

1 1/2 c Cooking Oil

How To …

Combine dry ingredients altogether, make a mixture of egg and milk, beat them until blend together and then pour softly to combine dry ingredients. Remember, this mixture batter must be able to keep it shape during shape up with spoon. Add an extra cornmeal if the batter to soft. Make a pine shape with molded tablespoon and fry it into 350 F of fat for about 1 1/2 minutes, then fry the other side for 1 minute. Let it cold well before serving it, it could make 48 pieces.

Note : you could freeze this cookies for future used. For serving it again, just preheat the oven for 250 F, place the frozen cookies into oven rack and wait until the cookies is hot and look crispy. Then serve it as usual.
