Pineapple Bran Muffins

Ingredient :
1 c Whole wheat flour
8 oz Can crushed pineapple juice
1 c 100% all-bran cereal
1/3 c Skim milk
1 tb Baking powder
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1/4 ts Salt
1 Egg
1 1/2 tb Brown sugar
How To …
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat egg slightly. Add cereal, milk, oil and egg. Stir to combine. Let stand for 2 minutes or until the grain has softened. Combine pineapple, including juice, in the mixture. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Spoon batter evenly in a paper-lined muffin tin and bake at 400F for about 25 minutes, Serve hot. This bread recipes could serve twelve people.
