Rise Raisin Bread Bun

Overview :
This bread recipe is using quick rise instant yeast, mixed candied peel and grated nutmeg plus additional flavor of cinnamon, which make it more tasty and freshly. Perfect as family dishes.
Ingredient :
4 1/2 c All-Purpose Flour
1/3 c Granulated Sugar
1/4 c Melted Butter
2 tb Quick Rise Instant Yeast
2 Eggs, beaten
1 ts Salt
1 c Raisins or part currants
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Mixed Candied Peel
1 1/2 c Icing Sugar
2 tb Milk
1/2 ts Grated Nutmeg
2 c Warm Water
How To …
Combine altogether, flour, yeast, sugar, salt, lemon rind, nutmeg and cinnamon in large bowl. Pour warm water and stir them with butter and then beaten eggs. Stir the dough until it smooth and elastic using wooden spoon. Put in candied peel and raisins. Scrape the down sides of the bowl, cover it using clean dry towel and leave it for around 10 minutes. Next is, Take 24 medium or large-sized muffin cups and grease it. Pour the batter in, but not more than 2/3 full. Brush the tops with melted butter. Cover them and leave it at warm place until it expand doubled, it could take around 20 - 30 minutes. Then preheated the oven and bake them in 375 F for around 20 minutes or until the tops shinning and browned. Let it cool on wire racks until warm for about 10 - 15 minutes. For additional, mix milk and icing sugar together until it smooth, then spread it over on top of buns. It can makes 24 buns.
