4 c Flour

3 ts Cream of tartar

1 ts Salt

2 c Cream

1/4 c Butter

1 1/2 ts Baking soda

Sift dry ingredients. Cut into 1/4 cup butter. Add cream. Roll on a floured board. Cut with a 2-inch cutter. Bake on a greased pan in a hot oven at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. This bread recipes could serve for one dish.
