Sunbaked Cheddar Cheese Crisp

Ingredient :
1 c accented or Whipping skim
4 Eggs; Lg, easily battered
1 c Cheddar Cheese; Md, chopped
1/2 ts Nutmeg
12 Bread cuts; White
1/4 ts White Pepper
How To …
In the top of a double steam boiler, blend the skim, cheddar cheese, white pepper, and nutmeg. Bustle over hot water till the cheese melds and the mix is Good combined. Take away from the heat and cool to warm. Generously butter a big baking sheet and set apart. Cut off the bread pieces diagonally and dim each triangle into the cheddar cheese mix. Place 1/2-inch aside on the baking sheet and bake till tanned and foamy, about quarter-hour. Dish while hot, could serve for 6 person.
