Tropical Flavor Bread

Overview :
This bread recipe is using unique combination of two famous tropical fruit, fresh banana and mango, the choice of using brown sugar for natural healthy sweat is perfect. Walnut and raisin also added as an extra substance, while cinnamon use to strengthening the tropical flavor.
Ingredient :
1 c Butter
1 1/4 c Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 ts Grated Fresh Nutmeg
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c Mashed Ripe Bananas
3 c Self-raising flour1 Small Ripe Mango
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Golden Raisins
1/2 ts Cinnamon1/2 c Chopped Walnuts
How To …
In a medium bowl, cream sugar and butter altogether until its fluffy, then beat the eggs and mix it until blended. Take another bowl, mix together cinnamon, salt, nutmeg with self-raising flour. Then add mixing pureed mango and mashed bananas on the batter. Next is combine the creamy mixture and fruits mixture together until the butter blended, put in walnut and raisins. Pour the batter into 2 greased 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. Then put the loaf in the 350 F oven and bake it for about an hour. Let it cold before serving. It could makes 2 loaves.
